Matthews Strategic Advisory ("MSA," "we," "us," "our") is a strategic advisory practice operating from Bangkok, Thailand and Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use matthews.asia (the "Site"), purchase a report, complete a self-assessment, or subscribe to the MSA Monthly Brief.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, organisation, and any information you enter when completing a self-assessment, contact form, or purchase. When you complete a purchase, payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not directly collect or store your card details.
We use the information you provide to deliver the product or service you have requested, respond to enquiries, process payments, deliver purchased reports, and manage Monthly Brief subscriptions. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MSA does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVC. Stripe's own privacy practices govern the handling of payment card data; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.
When you complete the Thailand Nominee Risk Self-Assessment, your answers are used to generate your preliminary result and, if you choose to unlock it, your full scored breakdown. We do not sell or share your assessment answers with third parties.
The Site may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns, such as which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the Site. We do not use this data to build individual advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our products (for example, Stripe for payment processing), solely for that purpose, and only to the extent necessary.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the product or service requested, maintain accurate business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
